Join us on National Women & Girls in Sport Day for a full day of professional development and connection experience designed to celebrate, support, and uplift women leading in sport, while advancing meaningful conversations about how we better support and retain girls and female athletes in sport.

The SSA Beyond Boundaries: Women in Sport Conference brings together coaches, administrators, athletic directors, officials, educators, and sport leaders from across the province. The day is intentionally designed to both recognize the impact of female sports leaders and coaches and to explore practical, collaborative ways to create environments where girls and women feel supported, valued, and empowered to stay involved in sport whether as athletes or future leaders.

The conference will open with a powerful panel featuring women leading at multiple levels of sport and education, sharing lived experiences, insights, and lessons learned. Participants will then engage in expert led presentations focused on athlete well being, leadership, and female specific issues in sport, followed by facilitated round table discussions that encourage honest dialogue, shared learning, and actionable takeaways.

Whether you are early in your career or a seasoned leader, this conference offers space to reflect, connect, and grow while recommitting to the shared goal of strengthening pathways for girls in sport and supporting female athletes to thrive!

Join us in moving beyond conversations and towards solutions.

Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and door prize giveaways are included with registration.
