All team registrations must be completed online by 12 pm (noon) on Tuesday, May 19, 2026.
Step 1: Complete the ‘Finalize your Roster for Provincials’ section of your teams’ SRS roster.
Step 2: Fill out the Provincial Championship Registration Google Form
Payment Instructions
The Entry Fee will be $400.00/team + $1/athlete for John Paton Pay it Forward Scholarship
Cheques are to be made payable to: Chinook High School
Please bring cheque with you but if cheque is not brought with you then please provide Amanda West (Amanda.West@lethsd.ab.ca) with contact details as to where to send the invoice.
